We accept returns only in the following cases:
- The product arrives in a damaged condition, or
- It does not match the requested one
In either situation, you should report the issue to us within two hours of order delivery, by sending an email to Returns@wafay.com
We will investigate the case, and in case it is accepted, then we will ask you to send the product to our warehouse.
We ship to all countries except Afghanistan, Burundi, Mali, Niger, South Sudan, the Central African Republic, Republic of the Congo, Eritrea, Iran, Iraq, North Korea, Liberia, Libya, Somalia, Sudan, Syria, Palestine, and Yemen.
Once the order is shipped you will receive an e-mail with the tracking number, or you can check your Dashboard under My Orders to know the last update. Otherwise, visit the Order Tracking Page here.
