DELIVERY, RETURN & CANCELLATION POLICY
Our company will ensure that the products are delivered in excellent condition and in the fastest time possible. We take special care to check the quality of products before sending them. Purchased items can be shipped for free depending on the quantity. For items that require separate shipping charges, we will indicate it clearly in the item detail page and during order placement. We ship to 190+ countries in the world. We deliver within 10-15 Days to any international location. You will receive an email for your order confirmation with product details, along with the order value, shipping charges and delivery address.
If the order is canceled, lost or not delivered to your preferred location, we will refund the complete order amount including shipping charges. If you cancel part of the order, shipping charges will not be refunded.
Return & Exchange:
You have the option to return or exchange items purchased on Theperfectlashes.com Return/Exchange acceptance varies from 7 days to 30 days and depends on your location. If you choose to exchange the item for reason of mismatch or receipt of a defective item, you will be provided with a replacement of the item, free of charge. However, an exchange is subject to availability of the item. The following rules apply to this Policy:
- All products must be returned within 15 days from the day of delivery.
- All items to be returned or exchanged must be unused and in their original condition with all original tags and packaging supplements, and should not be broken or tampered.
- In case you had purchased an item, which had a free gift associated with it and you wish to return the item, please also return the free gift.
- If you choose to self-ship your returns, kindly pack the items securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit.
